These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Paper Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”) and apply to all studio bookings and website use. By submitting a booking request or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Studio Hire Overview

Paper Studios is hired as a physical studio space for creative and commercial use.
All bookings are request-only and subject to approval.

Studio hire includes access to both floors, shared sets, furniture, and props, which may be moved and styled during your session and must be returned to their original position before departure.

2. Booking Process

  • All bookings must be submitted via the booking system.

  • Requests are manually reviewed for availability and correct booking type.

  • A booking is confirmed only once full payment and deposit are received.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings that are unsuitable or misclassified.

3. Creator / Personal vs Commercial / Brand Use

You must select the correct booking type when submitting your request.

  • Creator / Personal Use: Individuals, freelancers, and small teams producing content, UGC, and self-shot work.

  • Commercial / Brand Use: Brands, agencies, production teams, campaigns, editorials, and shoots with larger crews or commercial intent.

All bookings are verified. Incorrect usage classification may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.

4. Payment & Deposit

  • Full payment is required to confirm a booking.

  • A £50 refundable deposit is added to all bookings.

  • The deposit covers damages, late cancellations, and studio misuse.

  • Deposits are refunded within 3–5 working days after the session, subject to inspection.

  • A £2.50 booking fee applies to all bookings.

5. Overtime

  • Overtime is charged at £150 per hour.

  • Session time includes setup and pack-down.

  • Any time used beyond your booking will be invoiced accordingly.

Please book sufficient time to avoid overtime charges.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 3 days before your booking.

  • Late cancellations or reschedules may result in loss of deposit.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, payments will be refunded or rescheduled.

7. Studio Rules & Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time. Late arrival reduces your shoot time.

  • Leave the studio as found.

  • Return all furniture, props, and equipment to their original position.

  • Switch off lights and equipment before leaving.

  • Respect the space, building, and neighbours.

Any damages, excessive cleaning, or rule violations will be charged accordingly.

8. Liability

  • Paper Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment or belongings.

  • You are responsible for the conduct and safety of all attendees.

  • You must ensure all activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content created during your session remains your property.
Paper Studios may request permission to share imagery of the space for marketing purposes but will not use client content without consent.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or transmitting harmful content. We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.

13. Governing Law
