How does bookings work?

All bookings at Paper Studios are request-only. You wonβt see a public timetable when booking. Submit your preferred date, time, and duration, and our team will review availability. Youβll receive a confirmation email with a payment link once your request is approved. Your booking is only confirmed once payment is made in full.

Paper Studios operates on a request-only basis to keep the studio running smoothly and avoid overlapping or unsuitable bookings. This allows us to manage usage, verify booking types, and ensure each session runs on schedule.
What is the difference between Creator/Personal and Commercial/Brand bookings?

Creator/Personal bookings are intended for creators, freelancers, and small teams producing content, UGC, product photography, and self-shot work.
Commercial/Brand bookings are intended for brands, agencies, and larger productions, including campaigns, editorials, e-commerce, and shoots with larger crews or heavier production requirements.
All bookings are verified by our studio assistant. Incorrect booking types may result in additional charges or cancellation.

Yes, we can accommodate up to 10 cars per booking. Please let us know in advance so our check-in assistant can support your arrival smoothly.
We charge a Β£50 deposit on all bookings. This is added to your total and refunded after check-out, provided all studio policies are met. The deposit also covers any damages or additional charges where applicable.
We require a minimum of 7 daysβ notice for cancellations and 3 daysβ notice for rescheduling. Failure to meet these timeframes will incur a Β£50 fee, deducted from your deposit.
A Β£2.50 booking fee applies to all bookings.
For bookings over Β£300, a 3% card processing fee will be applied.
Late arrivals of more than 20 minutes will incur a Β£35 charge, covering our check-in assistantβs time. Please note sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
Overtime is charged at Β£150 per hour and is subject to availability.
Failure to attend your booking without notice will result in the full payment.
The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any additional cleaning or damages may incur a charge.

Yes, dogs are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and trained. Owners are responsible for any damages and for ensuring pets are taken out regularly

The studio is located on the first floor, accessible via one flight of stairs. While there is no general lift access, an accessible lift is available for those who require it. If you have equipment or multiple items to carry, please let us know in advance and our check-in assistant can support with access via an alternative entrance

Is there space for hair & makeup/ styling?
Yes, we have a dedicated makeup area upstairs, complete with industrial rails, a steamer, and convenient access to power outlets
Are both floors included in my booking?
Yes it is. You have full access to both floors during your booking
Is the studio heated and air conditioned?
Yes, the studio is equipped with air conditioning upstairs, along with fans and multiple heaters to ensure a comfortable environment year-round
Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, youβre welcome to bring your own equipment and lighting. If you require lighting hire, weβre happy to share recommended suppliers who can arrange delivery directly to the studio
What is the maximum occupancy of the studio?
The studio can accommodate up to 40 guests across both floors
Can I hire for private events?
